ERF description: The unit was in preventive maintenance outage with refueling operation nearing completion and reactor depressurized. During preparations to eliminate leak in the manway hatch of borated water storage tank a breach of limiting condition for operation occurred - borated water reserve was reduced to 180 m3 while the allowable minimum is 300 m3. The event had no consequences.
