ERF description: The reactor operator noticed continuous level decrease of the emergency boron tank 1. The checking revealed that the used flow sheet diagram of the system didn't correspond to the real system. Therefore instead of the drain valve of an isolated pipe section another drain valve was opened. The valve opened spuriously was closed. The tank level stopped to decrease but its boron volume was less than prescribed. The refilling and modelling of the tank was performed on sample for chemical analysis was taken immediately.
