Введение  
Настоящее описание является попыткой проаналиэировать, что же
именно проиэошло 26 апреля 1986 года, когда взорвался реактор
N° 4 на Чернобыльской атомной электростанции и какие последст-
вия эта авария оказала на прилежащие районы и их население.
Описание составлено датскими активистами в области энергетики
и окружающей среды по материалам, которые имелись в их распо-
ряжении в Дании. Описание подготовлено в связи с мероприятия-
ми Нэкст стопа, проведение которых намечено на сентябрь 1989
года в Киеве.

CHERNOBYL DISASTER
Introduction
This description is an attempt to analyze what exactly happened
on April 26, 1986, when the N° 4 reactor at the Chernobyl nuclear
power plant exploded and what consequences this accident had on
the adjacent areas and their population. The description was
compiled by Danish activists in the field of energy and the
environment on the materials that were available to them in Denmark.
The description was prepared in connection with the events of the
Next Stop, which are scheduled for September 1989 in Kiev.
