THIS DEED made the 12th day of September One thousand nine hundred and eighty BETWEEN THE COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA of the first part (in this Deed called "the Commonwealth"), AUSTRALIAN ATOMIC ENERGY COMMISSION a body corporate constituted by the Atomic Energy Act 1953 of the Commonwealth having its head office at 45 Beach Street, Coogee in the State of New South Wales of the second part (in this Deed called "the AAEC"), AND ENERGY RESOURCES OF AUSTRALIA LTD. a company duly incorporated in the Australian Capital Territory having its registered office Care of Messrs Coopers and Lybrand at 78 Northbourne Avenue, Canberra City in the said Territory, of the third part (in this Deed called "E.R.A.").
