COMMITTEE ON ENERGY AND RESEARCH Notice to Members Subject: Incident at the Cap de la Hague reprocessing plant on 6 January 1981 Members were given some information on 20 February 1981 in the original language partly German, partly French). The committee decided to make this information available to all members in the seven official languages. The information provided is as follows • a letter from Mr NARJES of the Commission to committee chairman, Mrs WALZ, dated 13 February 1981 (original German) (Annex I), • a letter from Mr NARJES dated 6 March 1981, again to Mrs WALZ (original German) (Annex II) and • a report on the incident at the Cap de la Hague reprocessing plant drawn up by the French authorities and forwarded to the Commission together with three drawings (original French) (Annex III).
