From the publication:

Although uranium supply is forecast to be adequate until beyond the year 2000,
the nuclear contribution to world energy could be constrained in the longer term
through shortage of uranium unless fast breeder reactors are introduced commercially
early in the next century. This report, based on revised projections of installed
nuclear capacity to the year 2025, analyzes the global and regional supply and
demand outlook for uranium and fuel cycle services.
