STEPS TO A NUCLEAR-FREE WORLD INTRODUCTION From January 12 to October 12 1995, hundreds of people plan to walk through a large part of Europe for a nuclear free world. The walk is being organised by For Mother Earth and starts in Brussels. It will go through Paris, London, Antwerp, Frankfurt, Prague, Vienna, Bratistava, Kiev, Chernobyl, Minsk and will end in Moscow. From the start it was obvious that the walk would be, among other things, a good way to spread information on several nuclear issues which are currently relevant in many European countries and on international issues especially relevant in 1995.
