SCRRAP: A Blueprint for Implementing Article VI of the Non-Proliferation Treaty Introduction This paper is a chapter excerpted from Dan Plesch's book, A Beauty Queen's Guide to World Peace. In this piece, Dan examines the legacy of arms control agreements concluded in the Cold War and its Immediate aftermath. It examines how to take those agreements and apply them to conflicts across the globe where their authors never imagined they might used, and in so doing, to help reduce and eliminate those conflicts that cripple countries and regions on almost every continent. PSR is happy to offer this plan for consideration, believing it to be an important contribution to a vital debate.
