STALLION GATE,

Oppenheimer and Groves have hidden Los Alamos on a mesa surrounded by

future encompassed by the past. To it come soldiers, roughnecks and scientists,
including Anna Weiss, a mathematician and refugee from the Holocaust with
whom Joe falls in love.
