Dear Mr. Knaap, JRC has received on 8 March 2002 from the IAEA Issue Pages containing recommendations and suggestions, based on IAEA safety review performed between 4 - 8 Match 2002. These Issue Pages have been provided to KFD on 8 March 2002, during the IAEA exit meeting. JRC agrees in general on the IAEA recommendations and suggestions. An action plan has been prepared in agreement with the HFR Operator NRG. This plan includes a time table for the various actions. The action plan is annexed. Yours sincerely, K.TÖRRÖNEN
