From the publication:

5. Conclusion.

A. There seems to be an abrupt levelchange in top chalk around sounding no. 3
and 6. This assumption is mainly done on the basis of Well-record information.

B. There seems to be a depression in the interpreted saltwater-freshwater boundary
below sounding no. 6 or a rise around sounding no. 4. This interpretation is mainly
based on the geoelectrical soundings.

C. The explanation for A and B could be the effect and presence of a larger faultzone
in the chalk around sounding no. 2, 4, 5 and 6, with an east-west orientation.

D. For verification of the "faultzone" and the salt-freshwater relation ship across it,
a number of test wells has to be drilled.

Copenhagen, 31st March 1981.
