I have tried to present both the pros and cons and to interpret the material accurately. This is presented in a DRAFT COPY form so that corrections can be made by the Transportation Committee of the RWRB if a FINAL COPY is printed. Although I was only asked for information on Price-Anderson as it related to transportation, it seemed to me that some understanding of the entire Act was necessary to understand that part related to transportation of nuclear materials.
