From the publication:

A large number of computer models have been developed that could be used to
calculate the radiological consequences of potential accidents at nuclear power
facilities. These "consequence models" employ a variety of techniques and
assumptions, providing different estimates. This report summarizes the results
of a comparison study of the consequence models.
