On this fourteenth day of July nineteen hundred and eighty
seven, at the request of the UNITED NATIONS COUNCIL FOR
NAMIBIA, established and existing under the law of the United
Nations, provisionally domiciled in New York, United States
of America, representing the people of Namibia and for the
purpose of the present proceedings electing domicile in
Amsterdam, Keizersgracht 384, at the offices of the attorney
w.c. van Manen, and in The Hague, Van Sto1kweg 29, at the
offices of the attorney E.J. Dommering who is appointed to
represent plaintiff before the Court in the present proceedings,
