FOREWORD

Unless otherwise specified, responsibility for the opinions expressed in the texts 
in this Yellow Book on the Plutonium Society rests solely with their authors.
Responsibility for the Geneva Appeal rests not only with the 30 members of the 
Organizing Committee but also with its 50,000 signatories.
The press communiqués issued by the Geneva Appeal Association (APAG) are the 
collective responsibility of the Association and more particularly of its Executive 
Board, which was composed of the following members at the beginning of 1981:

L'Appel de Genève seul engage non seulement les trente membres du Comité de 
lancement mais ses 50 000 signataires.

ils engagent la responsabilité collective de l'Association et plus particulièrement celle
