Complementary Report — On 27 March, the Iran Nuclear Regulatory Authority was notified that an industrial facility, the Khuzestan Steel Production Factory, which uses sealed Co 60 and Cs 137 sources for gauging, had been subjected to aerial and missile strikes by the Israel regime and the United States of America. After the situation at the facility was stabilized, radiological assessors conducted radiation monitoring. All radioactive sources were located. Only one source was found to be damaged, and source recovery operations were conducted. According to the results of the radiation monitoring, there is currently no radiological hazard.
