Reacotr trip due to steam generator level high signal

Ulchin unit 1 was in reducing power operation for the 7th scheduled maintenance and refueling.
In checking the ability of replacement of turbine governor control system during operation, rapid increase of turbine generator power from 126 MWe to 170 MWe occurred at 18% of reactor power as the frequency of global grid network increased. In the course of controlling the power balance between primary and secondary side, the level of #3 steam generator was increased and this S/G level high signal initiated turbine trip and then reactor trip eventually.
There was no release of radioactive material outside the reactor building and no unplanned exposure to employees.
Justification: as full safety functions were available, the event is rated at level "0" as per user's manual Part III, Table II, A1.
