ERF description: A loss of control power of the control rod power cabinet occurred due to the actuation of overvoltage protection relay by lightning during normal rated power operation. Control rods drop was followed and power range neutron flux high negative rate caused the reactor trip.
Justification: As full safety functions were available, the event is rated at level 0 as per user's manual part III, Table II Box A1.
