The plant was operated at rated power. One of position indicators of Main Feedwater Control Valves (MFCV) had a trouble and MFCV maintained at fully open position. Main feed flowrate increased and caused steam generator level "hi-hi" level signal. This signal caused turbine trip and reactor trip.
