ERF description: After the performance of an industrial radiography exposure, the licensee radiographer approached the collimator to collect the film without his survey meter. The source was not completely retracted inside the camera. The radiographer dosimeter was processed and a whole body dose of 0.054 Sv (5.39 rem) was reported. The U.S. statutory limit for whole body dose is 0.05 Sv (5 rem). NRC EN52717
