During tank drainage highly active chrompik water (water solution of potassium mono and dichromate containing diluted fission and corrosion products from spent fuel) on NPP A-1 (HWGR) which has been under decommissioning since 1977 approximately 100 l. of this liquid were released on the floor of reactor hall due to human error.
