As preparation for planned dismantling of the sealing water relief valve of stuffing box on the auxiliary emergency feedwater pump 40RR01D001 and emergency feedwater pump 40RR11D001 the pumps 40RR12D001 and 40RR02DD001 were tested and after that, for the period of valve dismantling they were isolated for 1 hour. This was contrary to the designed conditions as the Operating Technical Specifications stipulate for this status a stricter testing requirement according to which this activity should have been performed after testing of the two other safety systems with DG startup.
