ERF description: For pressure test to be performed within the scope of technical surveillance test water was reserved from the emergency core cooling system. During this activity it was noticed that water level in the tank was 200 mm lower than prescribed in the Operating Technical Specifications. Based on examination of the computer stored data the personnel revealed that this condition had been existing since December 15, 1992. The personnel was instructed to fill up the tank to nominal level immediately.
